Let’s come together to celebrate Europe Day, commemorating the peace and unity of our continent and the world. From May 12th to 16th, the European Film Festival kicks off at the Cultural Foundation in Abu Dhabi, organized by the Delegation of the European Union to the UAE, in collaboration with Embassies and Cultural Institutes. For this important occasion, the Italian Cultural Institute in Abu Dhabi presents on May 16th at 8pm an extraordinary film: “There’s Still Tomorrow” (Italy, 2023) directed by Paola Cortellesi. The film won 6 awards at the prestigious David di Donatello and drew 5 million viewers in Italy, marking a significant triumph in recent months across major European capitals and the Middle East, where it consistently sold out. The Abu Dhabi screening of “There’s Still Tomorrow” is a Gulf première.
