The 2025 IKT International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art Congress, will take place in Qatar and the UAE. The Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi, as partner of the initiative, has supported the partecipation of two Italian young curators: Alessandra Troncone and Sofia Baldi Pighi. In the UAE, participants will also explore the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the NYU Abu Dhabi Art Gallery, the 421 and MIZA projects, the Cultural Foundation, Alserkal Avenue, the Ishara Art Foundation, and the 2025 Sharjah Biennial, along with exclusive visits to private collections and more.
The 2025 Congress is hosted and supported in Qatar by the Media Majilis Museum at Northwestern University in Qatar, and in the UAE by the @New York University Abu Dhabi Art Galleries. Additional support is provided by Qatar Museums, Alserkal Avenue, BLR World, IIC–Istituto Italiano Cultura Abu Dhabi, and Ishara Art Foundation.
