The universal language of illustration.
The event, organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the UAE, Qasr Al Watan Library, in collaboration with IIC Abu Dhabi and the Spanish Embassy, was attended by Wafa Ibrahim, Asmaa Alhosani, Adolfo Serra and Maria Sole Macchia (25-26 October).
Graduated from the School of Comics in Milan, Macchia collaborates with numerous Italian and international publishing houses (Raffaello Editore, Giunti, Flammarion, Hachette, Sun-Ya of Hong Kong, Gakken of Tokyo). Well-known children illustrator, she teaches at MI-Master Illustration (Milan).
