Experience the richness of contemporary Italian cinema with Italian Film Week at the Cultural Foundation, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Abu Dhabi. Fare Cinema is a yearly program that the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation brings all over the world.
The programme for the UAE brings together two recent Italian films that reflect evolving voices, compelling storytelling, and diverse perspectives within contemporary Italian cinema. It also celebrates the biopic screenplay as an excellence of the Italian movie. The two films each focus on the true story of a woman that have played an important role in the history of acting. L’amore che ho tell us about the renowned author singer Rosa Balistreri; Anna is based on the life of the greatest actress Anna Magnani. Their stories embody the passion, talent, and excellence that characterize Italian performing arts.
