Masterclass with Chef Giovanni Papi
Specialty Head Chef, Michelin-Starred Armani/Ristorante
Join us for a unique culinary experience. Award-winning Chef Giovanni Papi will demonstrate how to prepare one of his signature dishes, originally showcased at Expo during an event focused on sustainability. The dish will celebrate the diverse flavors of Italian cuisine.
After the demonstration, guests will have the opportunity to recreate the dish themselves, with guidance from Chef Papi and support from students of the International Center for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Abu Dhabi. The evening will conclude with a selection of desserts from Chef Papi’s renowned Armani/Ristorante.
