As part of its external promotion activities, the Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi organises a wide range of high-profile institutional artistic, cultural, promotional and educational events throughout the year. To support these initiatives, the Institute welcomes sponsorships and collaborations from public and private entities interested in contributing to its cultural programme.<\/p>\n

By sponsoring an event, through the full or partial coverage of the direct costs of its organisation, sponsors will have the opportunity to promote their image through the inclusion of their logo on invitations and other promotional materials related to the event, which will be disseminated through the Institute’s social media channels and published on its website (including posters, catalogues and newsletters).<\/p>\n

Entities wishing to collaborate through the provision of materials, services or other resources necessary for the organisation of an event, without financial sponsorship, will instead receive public acknowledgement of their contribution.<\/p>\n

Organisations interested in being contacted regarding sponsorship or collaboration opportunities for events organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi are invited to submit an Expression of Interest by email to: abudhabiiic.segre@esteri.it<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Expression of Interest should include all information necessary to identify the applicant, together with a clear indication of its field of activity.<\/p>\n

This notice does not constitute any commitment on the part of the Institute, which reserves the right to contact interested parties in connection with the planning of future events. Where an Expression of Interest is considered worthy of further consideration, the applicant will be contacted through a formal communication and, where appropriate, this may be followed by the execution of a specific sponsorship or collaboration agreement, which shall become effective upon signature by the interested party.<\/p>\n
