The Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong> supports and encourages study and research activities carried out by Italian and foreign researchers, teachers, experts, personalities and cultural operators in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n

GRANT<\/strong>
\nResearchers, professors, experts, personalities, and cultural operators can apply to the grants<\/em>
\na)<\/em> Italians and foreigners residing in Italy for at least two years for study or research purposes
\nb)<\/em> Foreigners and Italians residing abroad invited by Italian universities or cultural institutions for study or research purposes may request a financial contribution to partially cover travel and accommodation expenses for a maximum period of 10 days of activity.<\/p>\n
PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION AND PAYMENT<\/strong>
\nInterested parties may submit grant requests, drafted according to the attached template<\/a><\/strong> and complete with the required documentation, to the Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi: abudhabiiic.segre@esteri.it<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
DEADLINE<\/strong>
\nApplications \u2013 accompanied by the necessary documentation, including the final mission report and a favorable opinion from the sending institution \u2013 must be received no later than November 15, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Only grant requests from applicants holding an official invitation from a university or cultural institution will be accepted, preferably within the framework of existing bilateral Cultural Cooperation Agreements and Executive Programs. In case of Italian or foreign applicants residing in Italy, the invitation must come from a foreign university or cultural institution; in case of foreign or Italian applicants residing abroad, the invitation must come from an Italian university or cultural institution.<\/p>\n
The grant will be cleared once the mission is completed, upon submission of the final activity report, the certificate issued by the hosting institution, and travel documents. The contribution consists of a comprehensive daily lump sum for a maximum of 10 days.<\/p>\n
