Organized as part of the 11th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, this exclusive event celebrates Italian cuisine and its recognition as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It highlights the traditions, regional diversity and exceptional ingredients that make Italian cooking a living expression of culture, sustainability and sharing.
Join us for a unique culinary experience as Chef Nania demonstrates the preparation of one of his signature dishes. Following the demonstration, guests will have the opportunity to recreate the dish themselves, guided by the Chef and assisted by students at ICCA Abu Dhabi.
