How to Sponsor the Activities of the Italian Cultural Institute in Abu Dhabi
The Italian Cultural Institute in Abu Dhabi, in its cultural promotion activities, organizes numerous high-profile events each year. For this purpose, the Institute seeks sponsorships from interested public or private entities. In exchange for financial support and/or supplies or services, sponsors can have their logos featured on invitations or other promotional materials created for the event (posters, flyers, social media reels, roll-ups, catalogs, newsletters, etc.).
Sponsorships, donations, or other contributions, like all activities of Public Administration, must aim to pursue a public interest (Article 43 of Law No. 449/1997).
Interested parties are kindly invited to write to the following email address: abudhabiiic.segre@esteri.it
The expression of interest should include all relevant details for identifying the entity, specifically indicating the sector of activity.
This communication does not obligate the Institute in any way, as it reserves the right to evaluate the proposal.
The sponsorship, supporting one or more events, will be regulated by a specific agreement between the Italian Cultural Institute and the entity intending to finance cultural activities.
Lastly, it is specified that, in compliance with the Code of Conduct of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Institute cannot involve entities whose activities may potentially cause conflicts of interest, prejudice, or damage to the image of institutional activities or that may prove contrary to the general principles of the legal system.
